Dear NIK NAK Community,
We are so excited to finally welcome you into our new home at Shop 40.
After saying goodbye to our beloved Shop 37, stepping into this new space feels both emotional and incredibly special. The last few weeks have been filled with packing, planning, unpacking and reflecting on the many memories we created in our old store. While closing those doors was bittersweet, opening these new ones feels like the beginning of something beautiful with a fresh chapter for NIK NAK, built on the same heart and values that have guided us for the past 40 years.
Although the walls may have changed, everything you know and love about NIK NAK remains exactly the same. You’ll still find thoughtfully curated jewellery, meaningful gifts, and the familiar faces who are always here to help you choose something special. Our goal has always been to create a space that feels welcoming, personal, and full of connection, and we have carried that intention into every part of this new store.
This move has given us the opportunity to refine and reimagine how we present NIK NAK. The new space is slightly smaller, but it feels fresh, warm, and thoughtfully designed. We have focused on the pieces you love most, creating a more considered collection that reflects who we are today while honouring everything that came before. We are especially excited for the little improvements behind the scenes that will help us continue growing, including better storage, expanding our online store and a layout that allows us to serve you even more thoughtfully.
As we look around this new space, we can’t help but think about how far NIK NAK has come. What began as Antoinette’s dream has grown into something far greater than we ever imagined being a store that has welcomed generations of customers, celebrated milestones, and helped people find meaningful gifts for life’s special moments. Charlotte, who once slept behind the counter as a baby, now stands beside her mum as they continue building this journey together.
None of this would have been possible without you. Your support, kindness, and encouragement, especially during this transition; have meant more than words can express. Every message, every visit, and every conversation has reminded us just how special this community truly is.
As we open the doors to Shop 40, we feel both proud of where we’ve been and excited for what’s still to come. This move is not the end of a story, but a continuation in a new space filled with new memories waiting to be made.
We will be opening our doors at Shop 40 in the second week of March. To celebrate, the first 20 customers who spend over $50 in-store will receive a special Gift With Purchase of a pair of freshwater pearl stud earrings with stainless silver, valued at $59.
We will also be handing out 100 discount codes during our opening week, offering savings both online and in-store.
