Returns & Exchange Policy 

We offer a 14-day exchange or return for credit policy. This means you have 14 days from receiving your item to request an exchange or a credit note. Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to sanitary reasons.

Eligibility for Exchange or Credit

To qualify, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging
  • In the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at enquries@niknak.com.au to request a return.
  2. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. Send your return to:

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewellery: All earring sales are FINAL SALE unless faulty.
  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: These cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Credit Notes

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll receive a credit note for use online and in-store.
