Store Relocation FAQ
Are you closing down?
No, NIK NAK is not closing down. We are simply moving to a new location within the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre.
Why are you moving?
As our lease has come to an end and the shopping centre has decided to transition our current premises away from retail, we have made the decision to relocate. While we are saddened to leave our store of 35 years, we are excited for this next chapter.
Where is the new store located?
We are moving to:
Shop 40, Royal Randwick Shopping Centre
73 Belmore Road, Randwick NSW 2031
Ground floor, next to Just Cuts.
How far is the new store from your current location?
Our new store is just three doors down from our current location, inside the shopping centre.
When is your last day at Shop 37?
Our final day of trade in Shop 37 will be the week after Valentine’s Day.
Will you be closed during the move?
Yes, we will be closed for approximately two weeks while we relocate and set up our new store.
When will you reopen?
We plan to reopen in early March. The exact reopening date will be announced closer to the time.
Will the online store remain open during the move?
Yes, our online store will remain open, and we will continue shipping orders as usual.
Will everything stay the same?
Yes. While our new store will be slightly smaller, everything you love about NIK NAK will remain the same, including our jewellery, gifts, and customer experience.
Will Antoinette, Charlotte, and Flora still be there?
Yes. Nothing is changing except our location. We will all still be there to welcome you.
Will you still stock the same brands and products?
Yes. We will continue stocking the jewellery and giftware you know and love, with a thoughtfully refined selection.
Will gift vouchers and store credits still be valid?
Yes. All gift vouchers and store credits will remain valid under the same conditions.
Can I still bring in jewellery for repairs?
Yes. Jewellery repairs will continue as usual once we reopen.

Will your opening hours change?
No, our opening hours will remain the same.
Are you having a moving sale?
Yes. We are currently holding a moving sale with 10–70% off selected items. This is available in-store only, with exclusions applying.
Are you having an opening promotion?
Yes. To celebrate our opening, we will be offering a special Gift With Purchase promotion for the first 20 customers who spend over a selected amount in-store. Further details will be announced closer to our opening date, so be sure to stay tuned.
