HEM Meditation Incense Sticks 20g

HEM Meditation Incense Sticks fill your space with a soft, woody and herbal aroma, perfect for slowing down and finding your focus.

HEM is one of India's best-known incense makers, and its hexagonal packs are a go-to for everyday rituals. Each stick is made using traditional methods and burns slowly and evenly, so a single pack goes a long way. The Meditation blend is one of our favourites for creating a calm, welcoming feel at home.

Why you'll love it

• A soft, woody and herbal aroma
• Hexagonal pack keeps the sticks fresh between uses
• Approx. 20 sticks per 20g pack
• Each stick burns for around 30 to 40 minutes
• Lovely for meditation, yoga, journaling or simply winding down

How to use

Light the tip, let it catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the stick glows and smoulders. Pop it in a heat-safe incense holder, burn in a well-ventilated room and never leave it unattended.

What's included: One 20g hexagonal pack of HEM Meditation incense sticks (approx. 20 sticks).
